The Small Sided Game of 3v3

There is a reason that we start out playing 3v3 soccer in the Under 6 ages and should actually encourage this type of play in practices as players get older. It gives players plenty of opportunities to touch the ball and develop their skills and it highlights the basics of soccer - good dribbling and spreading out.

In this video, the coach sets up the game and stays the "Boss of the Balls". If a ball goes out, he throws another one in to keep the action going. To encourage them further, he gives points not only for goals for certain skill moves.
